Mindfulness is Freedom from Mind

The Path to Freedom from the World We Know

If you pause for a moment and truly observe everything you know and believe about the world around you, one thing becomes clear:

You hold many beliefs and judgments about what is right and wrong, good and bad.

But have you ever stopped to ask yourself…

Why do I believe these ideas to be true?

The thoughts and feelings that shape your reality did not originate from you—they were programmed into your mind over time.

Being aware of these programs is mindfulness.
But true freedom lies beyond the mind itself.

What is freedom from the mind?

Why Mindfulness Is Freedom from Mind

Let’s Start at the Beginning

A child is born—perfect and innocent. Let’s compare this child to a computer. The child has an operating system running essential functions like breathing, heartbeat, nourishment, and excretion. These processes happen effortlessly—there is no judgment, no thinking, just being.

But as the child grows, learning begins.

  • Programs are installed, shaping how the child interprets the world.
  • Parents are the first programmers, introducing emotions and reactions.
  • If the parent is happy, the child feels that happiness.
  • If the parent is stressed, the child absorbs that stress.
  • Love, rejection, comfort, discomfort—all of it is stored in the child’s vibrational bank account.

Even before birth, a child begins learning what it means to exist.

Remember: mindfulness is freedom from the control of the mind, and mind is all we see.

Moving on to Higher Learning

As the child grows, identity programming begins.

  • They learn “Mommy” and “Daddy.”
  • They are given a name—but do they truly know who they are?

At this stage, a child uses their senses to record and interpret the world.

  • Their memory banks are clean—a blank slate.
  • Every sight, sound, and experience is recorded.
  • If the parents are happy, it’s recorded.
  • If the parents are struggling, it’s recorded.

Parents are also products of their own programming. They carry problems, beliefs, and fears—and unknowingly pass them on.

Jumping Forward 30 Years

These experiences don’t disappear. They remain active or dormant in the subconscious mind, shaping the adult’s thoughts, behaviors, and emotional responses.

  • Why do certain people trigger an emotional reaction?
  • Why is there tension in relationships?
  • Why do we hold deep-rooted beliefs about religion, politics, or identity?
  • Why do we cling to emotions without knowing why?
  • Because everything was recorded. Every program is still running.

Why Does This Matter?

As a society, we suffer from existential pain—and we don’t even realize it. We accept struggle as a part of life, without questioning it.

We try to escape discomfort through:
✅ Alcohol
✅ Drugs
✅ Sex
✅ Food
✅ Distractions

But these are temporary fixes. They don’t address the root cause.

Find Out Who You Really Are

We offer a path—but you must choose to walk it.

🔹 It is not an easy journey.
🔹 It requires deep self-exploration.
🔹 But it is worth it.

You can be free from existential suffering.
